Long before Double Heart Rodeo became a professional rodeo company, it began with a simple belief—that the values learned around livestock, hard work, and family were worth preserving.

For David Love, rodeo has never been just about buckles or prize money. It has been a lifetime devoted to raising exceptional livestock, producing unforgettable events, and helping preserve the traditions of the American West for future generations.

What started with a passion for bucking horses and bulls has grown into a family legacy built on integrity, faith, and a commitment to excellence.

Today, every rodeo we produce carries that same purpose: creating events where families gather, communities come together, and sponsors become part of something much larger than a single performance.

Rodeo wasn’t simply a hobby for David Love—it became the foundation of a lifetime. Beginning at just ten years old, he developed a passion for the Western way of life that would eventually span decades as a competitor, stock contractor, breeder, producer, and advocate for the sport. Every lesson learned in the arena shaped the vision that would one day become Double Heart Rodeo.

From competing professionally to producing rodeos and raising world-class bucking stock, David has dedicated his life to preserving the traditions, integrity, and values of rodeo. His experience has never been confined to one role. He has lived nearly every aspect of the industry—from athlete to producer, from livestock breeder to event organizer.
